The following document outlines the Terms & Conditions for the REISS website.
Terms Correct as of December 2023
The Reiss website is operated by Next Retail Limited trading as Reiss under an exclusive licence from Reiss. References in these terms to “us” or “we” is a reference to Next Retail Limited trading as Reiss.
These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from us. To register on the site and to place orders with us you must be aged 18 or over. By ordering goods from us you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use www.reiss.com/au/en only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
We are committed to respecting your privacy. A copy of our Privacy Policy can be found here. An electronic copy of each order is held by us but will not be accessible to you. All orders will be concluded in the English language. We may also contact you for market research purposes. You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks.
We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalise our services, content and advertising. This may also be done on a reciprocal basis. From time to time, we make portions of our mailing list available to carefully screened companies. If you do not want your name and mailing list made available or wish to alert us to duplicate mailings, please call toll-free or email us at help@mail.reiss.com.
Delivery date and method will be confirmed at checkout.
Great news, shipping is currently free for all orders over $400. Orders under $400 will be charged at $20 for shipping per order. Your order will be delivered by Skynet. Please allow extra days for delivery during Australian holidays, UK national holidays, weekends and sale time.
Free Delivery and other offer order codes remain our property , are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.
Some promotions are not available when checking out with Apple Pay Express Checkout.
You can return any unused items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund (provided the items are in a new and unused condition) via post using the returns label on the reverse of your delivery note. Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by us (This does not affect your statutory rights). Certain jewellery can only be returned if found to be faulty. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken unless the item is faulty.
Swimwear - Please note, in the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or any tickets have been broken.
Fragrance - Please note, in the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns where the fragrance packaging has been opened or damaged.
Earrings - In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns on earrings for pierced ears.
Underwear - In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, we are unable to accept returns on underwear?

You will be responsible for ensuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations. Our terms of sale to our customers in Australia are DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid. We will cover the GST payment, up to the order value of AU$1000 but all other duty and admin charges will be the responsibility of the customer. If the order value is over AU$1000 then 100% of the GST, including any GST on the first $1000, is your responsibility.
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your order or have a query relating to your online order, please call 1800271152. Telephone calls to and from us may be recorded or monitored as part of our efforts to further improve service to our customers.
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned provided it is sent back within 28 days and is in new, unused condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See above, for details.
All prices shown are local currency in Australian Dollars. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, or with prior written notice to close an account. Prices of goods displayed on and ordered through this website may differ from prices in REISS stores. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.
Our designers take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.
- The offer is valid for orders over the minimum value stated in your communication.
- The offer is valid until the expiry date shown on your communication.
- The offer can only be activated once the voucher PIN has been registered at www.reiss.com/au/en . A voucher PIN can only be registered once.
- The offer can only be used for purchases made online at www.reiss.com/au/en . It is not valid for telephone transactions or in-store purchases. Redemption of the offer involves registering at www.reiss.com/au/en.
- If the order is returned, the value of the offer is non refundable.
- The voucher PIN cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.
- We cannot accept responsibility for the loss of your voucher PIN. It will not be replaced or its value refunded if this happens.
- Offer is open to residents of selected countries that are over 18 years old only. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the offer at any time.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.
The seller of the goods featured is Next Retail Limited, who are supplied by Reiss Ltd. Next Retail Limited, registered in England and Wales 4521150, Registered Office Desford Road, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4AT, UK. All contracts with Next and the contents of this site are displayed in English.
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law. The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. All contracts will be concluded in the English language.
